The former McKinsey & Company Agile Advisor has a substantial experience in coaching senior managers and executives of the world's largest organisations. John has a unique approach to coaching. He has a strong focus on end goals and unlocks perspectives and approaches in ahcieving these goals. Recently these skills have been used to help organisations build their internal Agile capability by forming and coaching communities of practice.
John is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CED) with the Scrum Alliance. He has also various Certifications for Scrum Master (CSP-SM, A-CSM & CSM) and many more.
